Bought this device in Sept. No issues until about 3 days ago. I now have no internet connection. Called isp and everything is fine in their end had a tech out who used a test modem and that worked fin...
Have you tried to connect with a PC that is wired to the C7000? also you may want to double check with the ISP that they didnt remove your modem in the system and assign that test modem that the tech hooked up to have internet.
