Hello stanD
Do you have any other device non windows 10 you can test on LAN or make sure you have the latest PC network drivers for your windows 10 PCs. Have you checked if the PC is getting a ip address at all I will provide a link on how to do that.

Thanks for the reply DarrenM, though I didnt get it before I finally said " %$^& it " and reinstalled Windows7 on the PC again and broke out the old Dell Studio laptop ( also Windows 7 ) just so I had an office computer. Now I cant get important Windows Updates on either device ( wont configure ) and Im thinking its because the C6300s Firewalls. Now that Im on this site again ( it didnt email me your existance ) I havent found any support for the C6300 before I came across this post, just the manual and set up instructions. Im starting to wonder if I blew $200 on this thing. It worked fine for the first week or so but the last few its been nothing but grief. Im almost afraid to open the Surface 3 for fear it will soon crash and Ill have 3 computers going *#@&^!* nuts and Ill take a sledge hammer to the POS C6300. Ill search around some some C6300 updates but if Netgear forgot about this product or something thats it. Ive wasted many hours on this issue that by all rights should have went to my business.

DarrenM, my friend, I talked to a fine broken English young man out of Texas a little while ago. He had me install a portal through www.fixme.it so he could take have access of my PC. He went through a variety of system pages and told me it was a network security issue and he would be happy to have a technician fix it for me for the mere price of $99.99. So here I am, I cant have windows update install a Windows 7 SP1 ( or any other important update ) ...so I can install IE11 ...so I can install my Avast Internet Security ...so I can get past some security issue that, to my guess, is brought on by my Netgear C6300. Basically from where Im standing now, I bought a Netgear modem/router, for $200.00, now Im being swindled by a Netgear Tech $100 more to make it work. Please explain this to me DarrenM. I not so patiently ( 2 pots of coffee ) await your explanation to this revolting development.
