Only getting ~400Mbps down on 1.2Gbps service with CM1150V Cable Modem and Nighthawk AC2600 (R7450)

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Power levels look ok.
A few Correctables however nothing to bother the modem I believe. I would check all wires and coax jack connections to make sure they are correctly seated and fitted well to the jacks.
Check for any line splitters as well.
What the Events Logs show? Please post that capture as well.

Couple of criticle which the ISP should take a look into.
Again, all this depends on good signal from the ISP street box or line pole up to you home and to the modem. If anything is off inbetween, could cause problems here.
Other option would be to rent for a short period of time, one of there modems and see if you notice similar problems or not. If you do, then you'll know.
