open up a closed port R6400

I have a R6400 router that is showing closed port's 80, 9000.

these ports run my security system Lorex. LH161200.  I am able to view the cams from with the house. As soon as I go more then 100 ' I loose the connection.

Also, the connection goes in and out while at the house.

I have tried multi times to try and open these ports without success.

I have read chapter 13 pg 161 of the netgear manual and followed the instructions.

can someone please help be fix this?

Everytime I type  in "www.yougetsignal" and test for open ports these come back as closed
