Opening port 38013 on C7000v2

Hello,

I have tried getting support assistance but what they told me to do is not working. I started working from home doing credit card machine software downloads. I connect the machine directly to the router with an ethernet cable and need port 38013 open so I can complete the software download on the machine. The router is currently blocking the download and I don’t know how to get it to work. I am
Not an IT guru. I already tried port forwarding and Triggering and it is still blocking my downloads. Please help?
