Hi I fixed it. I had to set up a static IP address on my PC. I used this guide:

Hi Darren,
That solution did not work for me.
I used the ipv4 ip address found under the ipconfig /all in the command prompt and copied the mac address. Restarted my computer. I tried to force a DHCP release and renew but the command prompt didn't allow me to do it.

Do I open a port under the "port forwarding" option or "port triggering" option. I used "port forwarding" I do not know what "port triggering" does so I don't want to mess with it.

Port forwarding is what you want.
