Optus CG3000

Hi there,

 

I recently blocked my daughters iP address for her iPhone and iPod using the Netgear Genie but I can't see how to unblock it now her behaviour has improved. They are registering as connecting but won't allow 'traffic'.

 

When I right click it's icon there is no button to unblock. Yet when I click on others there is a button to block.

 

Please help, her improved behaviour deserves rewarding.

    Have you tried to use another web browser?

      Thanks I hadn't thought of that. I ended up doing a factory reset on the router and reconnected all the devices one by one.
