Orange/amber light won't change
I have had this modem for a bit and it has worked perfectly fine. I just moved and now when I plug it in the orange/amber light won't change to white indicating that the internet connection isn't read...

Have you contacted your ISP and made sure they moved your modem to the new address sometimes it gets lost in the billing system during moves.
