You won't see AP mode in the CBR UI.
To configure the CBR for a faux AP mode, you'll need to set a IP address on the CBR from 192.168.1.1 to what the ATT router hands out, for example if the ATT router is a 192.168.0.1 address, then you would set a 192.168.0.75 on the CBR. Then disable the DHCP server on the CBR. Apply the change to the CBR. The IP address you set on the CBR should out side of the host routers default IP address pool. If you can set a smaller pool size, i.e. .100 to .200, then set the IP address on the CBR to something out side of it. Should be good to go. Just know the front LED will be always ON PINK. Put a cover over it or hid it. Like a post it note.
