Yes, I’ve reset the modem, powered everything off, back on, but that didn’t work. Only resetting the router worked, but after I logged off couldn’t get the Netgear modem sign in window again.
im on a IPad so can’t connect directly to the modem and my lap top doesn’t have Ethernet. I will have to get a usb to Ethernet adapter for that to rule out the modem blocking the site.
im wondering if Comcast is doing something, or something changed in Armor???
Try disabling Armor on the Orbi system, when it's disabled, power OFF the modem and RBR for 1 minute then back ON. Check to see if you can get access to the modems web page...

I connected directly to the Modem with a Lightening to Ethernet adapter and that allowed me to log onto the Modem page, so it has to be the Router, or Amor setting.Next I will try disabling Armor, and rebooting the modem, and router.
