out of date Firmware for C6300v2 on Spectrum?
having all kinds of problems with my c6300v2 on spectrum. I noticed in other threads that some people have firmware 2.01.14 or higher, yet mine is at 1.03.04 which (duh) might explain some of my problems.
Any suggestions on why spectrum wouldn't download the latest firmware, or how to get them to do so? Im in NYC. Maybe that's the problem?

you're on version 2 of the hardware so you're on the correct firmware.
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs? that helps check the connection back to the isp.
