Packet loss on C3000
I can't seem to find the correct area to post this so I'm assuming this is the right area. My C3000 is having packet loss and I have no clue whether it's ISP or Netgear related. I have tried reseting the modem and all other sorts of gimmicks. I've called the ISP and they sent me to Netgear. Netgear wanted me to pay $100 to fix a **bleep**ty router.
As I see in the logs, you have terrible packet loss on your ISP's network (15%)

Hello Shaneurbach
I would check all your connections make sure they are tight may want to remove a cable splitter if one is hooked up to the modem from the wall. After that I would have a cable tech come check your lines.
