Parental Control on C3000

Changing to High protection caused it to no allow emails or facebook and now the app will not load parental controls so that I can change it back!
I found on another thread it was the update that caused it to not work. You can go to mapping and select EACH device and change it from there but no any details. Time for an updated router anyway.
