Parental controls stopped working on C7000v2 router

Up until 3 days ago parental controls were running just fine, they have stopped working on my c7000v2 router Firmware v. V1.03.01 pushed from my ISP.  I select Parental Controls in the NetGear Genie and it sends me to "Do More With Circle® with Disney Smart Parental Controls".   This is NOT compatible with my router according to your documentation.   How do I get Parental Controls working again?    This is highly frustrating, any guidance would be much appreciated.

      Thanks, unfortunately, I am unable to do so, as I did not purchase support within 90 days of purchase.  So I am unable to contact them.
