somehow the device password migrated to my network and replaced my user password resulting in all our device getting "incorrect password" messages. in checking this out online I tripped on a net gear...
did you log into it using its ip address?
Try 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1
If the admin login info has changed, you might need to factory reset to start back at stock.
