Password for WiFi

 I tried to setup a Ring camera and got an invalid password message. Then my Android phone stopped connecting to the modem. The password matches the Netgear Genie page but I'm still getting the invalid PW message for both the phone and Ring camera.

    Can you log into the modems web page with a pc or laptop and web browser?

    Try forgetting the wifi profile on the devices your trying to connect with to the modem, then try to reconnec to the SSID name and pw.

      Ring support got it working. The camera was hanging up during the download. Not sure why it affected my phone. Thanks.
