Password Reset

I reset the router/modem using the reset hole. I reset the admin password and set the recovery questions(three times now). But when I log in it does not accept the password. When I do password recove...

Firefox and Chrome do not work...Only Edge. Why guys? Why?

    What versions of FF and Chrome? 

    Has the PC been rebooted since last update of these broswsers? 

    Be sure to clear all browser caches before navigating to the modems web page.
