Ok, next time please post the cable connections and event logs from the CM modem so we can help check and ensure problems seen on a modem may not be modem related, may ISP signal related. All things needs to be check upstream first before claiming the modem is the problem.

I purchased new ARRIS S33 modem to replace my NetGear CM1200. It is working good so far (been only a day). Keeping my fingers crossed.
All the Downstream and Upstream bonded channels power levels seem to be within the range. No critical errors or uncorrectables so far. So, it looks like my old Netgear modem was the problem.
BTW, my ISP is Optimum in NJ
