Port Aggregation for CAX30

Hello:

All the questions below are based on wired, ethernet connections from a Netgear CAX30 Modem/Router to a desktop computer.

-Is Port Aggregation something I can use to increase the download speeds in my computer by using two ports, similar to Windows "Bridge Connections" feature?

-If both methods work the same, which one is the preferred method, Windows Bridge Connections or Modem/Router Port Aggregation?

-If Port Aggregation can be setup to increase the download speeds to my computer, how do I do this using a Netgear CAX30 Modem Router?
