"using" how? The "External IP address" option in the "Custom
Services" form refers to the remote client, not to anything related to
your router. Select "Any" for that, not any specific address.

I wouldn't necessarily trust that error message, but I can't see the
actual data on your form, so what do I know?

All I know about a Deco W2400 Mesh system is what I read on the
TP-Link web site, but it's (at least typically) a router, not a
brainless "wifi extender".

If your Minecraft-server Windows system is connected to the Deco
system, and its IP address is on a different subnet from the C7000v2
LAN, then that would explain the "not in LAN" complaint from the
C7000v2.
Are you using the wireless-router features of the C7000v2, or are all
your client devices connected to the Deco system?

Not amazing.
You seem to have too many routers. That is, more than one. The
usual one-router options would be (1) Configure the C7000v2 as a modem
only, using the Deco router as a router, or (2) Leave the C7000v2 as a
modem+router, and configure the Deco router as a wireless access point
(which may or may not be possible). Then you'd configure the port
forwarding on your remaining (one and only) router, whichever gizmo that
is.

I can't (yet) see your (second) picture. In-line images must be
approved by a moderator before others can see them. The time required
varies. Attachments (as in the first posting) have no such limitation.
Of course, attachments have their own one-per-message limitation.

My Deco was set to router, and I've changed it to an access point. I (think) I was able to port forward properly this time? Once I changed my Deco to an access point, I was able to CMD ipconfig and my new IPv4 Address is 192.168.0.37. However, when I checked on https://www.canyouseeme.org/ to see if it was successful, I get the notification that "I could not see your server on *insert public IPv4* on port 25565. Reason: connetion timed out.

What _is_ that address? If you're worried about revealing secrets,
then the top half of the address, "a.b" out of "a.b.c.d", would satisfy
most of my curiosity. Or, plug that address into the form at:
