Port Forwarding not working

Everytime time i got to my firewall settings and go to port forward it always says: The specified port(s) are being used by other configurations. Please check your configurations of Remote Management...

my port will not open when i got to the website that tells me if its open it says no idk what to do

What Modem/router do you have and what ISP are you on and also what port are you trying to open.
