Possible problem with C7000 connecting wireleesly to camera DVR

Got the C700 cable modem router to use with Atlantic Broadband service. My Nuvico DT-E800 security camera DVR works well with this modem on my direct wired computer and also on smartphone apps.

 

The problem seems to be with a wireless computer connection that I have in my network. I keep getting a "network preview exception" error when trying to view the cameras via the client software (CMS 2) or over the internet using Explorer. Both of these work well on the wired computer.

 

Someone mentioned a file download from Atlantic Broadband  or Netgear that would correct this. Any ideas?

    Have you tried to adjust the wireless channels on the modem? Or on the wireless pc trying to update the wireless drivers on the pc or clearing the web history?
