Power's on but doesnt want to fully boot up.
Recently my modem has not wanted to full start up.
When I plug it in, all the lights light up as usual, then all the lights will go off and the power light will stay on, not flashing, and that is all. Like it's about to start up and then it doesn't so anything else.
I have tried to reset it, and even then, when it says the light is suppose to flash, the power light still stays on, and white. There is no amber light whatsoever. Unplugging and replugging while holding reset doesn't work, I thought maybe it would be a firmware issue and I have trued the USB method, the TFTP, and nothing seems to work for it. The lights below have a very dim amber color but its only noticeable when its dark. When I initially plug in the power, they all come on and are bright.
I have tested the plug and it has the proper voltage still. I have carefully opened the router to inspect the motherboard and there are no visible signs of burn marks and anything bad in there. All plugs rechecked, reattached, etc. Even when I plug in the ethernet cable to my PC, it comes up as inidentified network and there is no connection. the nighthawk app will not connect to it, and when I try the routerlogin.net there is no prompt or anything.
no internet connection, no wifi, it's like it's stuck in the boot sequence but freezes shortly after.
The entire sequence is like this:
I plug in the router, for a split second, the power light is red/amber, then it turns white. All lights on the front light up.
after a second or two, all lights except the 1,2,3, &4, turn off, including the power light. After a few seconds the numbers lights turn off too and then the power light comes back up and stays white, and that is all. There also a very faint amber light from the lights between the power light and the numbers.
Again, no resets have worked for it, no signs of hardware dmg, and the plug has enough voltage. I do not know what else to try or do to see what other problem it may be.

the CAX80 needs to be provisioned and connected to the isp. Or it'll go in a loop and keep rebooting until it gets that connection.
Do you have it connected to working coax port and has it been activated by the ISP?
