Problem with new modem CM1200
My modem is CM1200. My ISP is Suddenlink. Two speeds with highest being 5K. Router is Nighthawk AC1900. Modem constantly going down. Did i set it wrong? Included file has connection and event log.
Cant upload the photos. The amplifier is Extreme Broadband, Infinity Premise Amplifier Model IPA1008D-RSVF. 8 outputs, 1 input, one -3.5db VolP/Modem (which goes to my modem).
You can add them using the "choose file option". If they're to large, they might not.
If you direct connect the modem without the amplifier, so just bypass it temporarily, does it work?
