The CM600 is a modem only device and has no routing/access control.

What router do you have?

Have you gone into access control and set your phone as allowed?

Thanks for responding. Sorry we actually have the AX6 WiFi Cable Modem Router. How do I get to Access Control?

AX6 isn't a model.

If its a combo device its probably the CAX30 or CAX80.
