Problems with router

Check the user manual for LED behavior and information.
Have yoru ISP check the ISP service line up to the modem and ensure the signal is good.
How long have you had this modem? Might be time for something new.

- Sorry still kinda new to this but thanks again for replying by the way but I already had my provider check the connection, they even sent a tech out there to make sure everything was good on there end, I had the modem for only 3 years
Sounds like the modem needs to be replaced.
Can try this, place a cooling fan next to the modem and blow air into or have the fan exhaust the air from the modem. Possbile the modem maybe over heating.
Next modem suggestion would be to get into a CM modem, thats stand alone then get into a R series external wifi router.
