Product question

I am thinking of purchasing a new Netgear router modem.  Been trying to call Netgear to get some product info and I can never get to a live person.......................It's always "Push 2 for this" and "Push 3 for this".   It is getting sickening...If I can't get a live person for new product info, how can I be assured that their Tech support is any better

    What questions did you have? 

    Support is more for product issues and not as much for pre-sale questions
