PS4 not connecting to functioning wifi, but works on hotspot
My wifi connects to every device beside my ps4 and I already tried resetting both router along with the ps4.
my wifi's ssd doesn't even show up on my ps4. what do I do?

There a NG product and model your referring too?
It's a Netgear c6300v2. my network doesn't show up on my ps4 and when I manually try to connect it fails to obtain the ip address. Although my ps4 works with my iPhone's hotspot the weird thing is that the network shows up on all but the ps4.
Does the PS console connect to the modem using a ethernet connection to the back of the modem?
How is the wireless configuration setup?
What security mode are you using on wifi?
What channels are you using? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
