What Firmware version is currently loaded on the modem?
Is the game console wireless or wire connected?
Contact Sony for help and information regarding there product. If other devices are connecting and getting internet and the PS isn't, there maybe an issue with the console...Have them help you reset the networking and wireless settings on the console.

Firmware version is V1.4.10.8
Cable Firmware version is V1.04.10
I have it connect via Lan. Also I just put my old modem back in to test and it got on no problem. The only change was to the Nighthawk router.

What is the brand and model# of the old modem?
Same thing happens if wireless connected?
That happens if you put the IP address for the PS console in the modems DMZ?
- RhudmanNov 28, 2021AspirantThe old modem is an xFinity modem. XB7-CM. Same thing with wireless. Nit sure about the DMZ. Haven't tried it. I'm kind of new to this.

Ok, so both wired and wireless isn't working.
Let us know if you get anything with the console in the modems DMZ. Disable the DMZ after testing.
