QOS issue

I specifically bought a netgear for the use of the tools it has and my old router had for QOS. Unfortunately my new router/modem does not even have the tool available at despite the genie tool almost looking identical in every other way.

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a way to resolve it?

    As newer products come out from NG, older features and tools seen in older products may not be included or made availalbe in newer products. If you don't see QoS tool like it was in older products then NG has removed the tool or made the tool work behind the scenes and automatic with out any user configurations. Something that can't be changed after the fact. If you need a QoS tool, then you'll need to return the product and find something that doe have what you seek.
