QoS Priority Issue - changes are not saved (Netgear R6350 AC1750 Smart WiFi Dual band router)

Question

Every time I tried to change the&nbsp; QoS setting from Qos by Service or Qos by Device, it&nbsp;automatically got set to QoS by Service with Normal priority.&nbsp;Changes are not saved by anyways.I tried several method with factory reset and attached device but still not working even though I have the letest frimware(V1.1.0.66_1.0.1) of Netgear R6350 AC1750 Smart WiFi Dual band router. Plz help!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;
