QoS

Question

Hello so i am wondering about the netgear CM1000 and pairing it with a Nighthawk XR500, the cm1000 and the Xr500 have QoS so i am wondering if these work differently since ones a modem and ones a router i am wondering if traffic will be filltered two times ultimately causing more harm then good ?&nbsp;(i have already purchased the modem cm1000 so probablly would have been better to ask before then)&nbsp;

The cm1000 is modem only. There isn't any form of qos built onto it.

Docsis is the coax standard. There isn't any programmable qos in that modem. I have one and it's modem only.
