Question about WMM on C7000v2

I began to experience frequent disconnections during zoom meetings. When I ping 8.8.8.8 or 192.168.0.1, it shows frequent "timeout"(3%-9%). Some of the posts suggested to disable WMM, so I did. It so...

Leave wmm on. 

have you noticed if you're connected to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?

2.4ghz is slower and more sensitive to interference

The same problem occurs, no matter I connect to 2.4 or 5GHz wifi.
