R6400 Wi Fi on off buttons won't turn on

   Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Look for "Table 1.
LED and button descriptions".

   Define "pushing".  As the (R6400[v1]) User Manual says:

      WiFi On/Off button with LED

      Pressing this button for two seconds turns the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
      WiFi radios on and off. [...]

"pushing" briefly won't be effective.
