Have had this router for around a year. Moved it to a different location in my house to better situate it to hardwire a new desktop pc. Since then, the 5ghz will randomly drop out multiple times thro...

How many characters are in your "my serial number"? A (12-character)
MAC address can easily be mistaken for a (13-character) serial number.

If that agrees with the number on the product label on the device,
