Re: CM 2050V upload and download LED are dead
Have had the CM 2050V for 13 months. 3 weeks ago, I lost the Upload LED. [I spotted threads regarding a Firmware issue from the Fall of 2023.] A few days later, both the Internet and Data LEDs failed. Contacted the source store, and that's where the finger pointing began -- plus, they couldn't replace the unit because it was a month out of warranty. NOT a happy camper, after paying $300+ for the modem. [Xfinity stopped supporting the prior approved V-Modem, which had been running just fine, for 2 years...] Other tech recommendations have been to simply wait until the unit fails -- since functionality [save troubleshooting] seems unimpaired. For the moment.

If it works, I wouldn't worry about it. Mine is placed where I can't even see the led's on it.
You can always log into the GUI to see whats going on
