I had same problem and solved. I don't know if anyone still having issues or not but if so then I could make a tutorial on how to fix this issue yourself with certain parts from amazon. It took allot...

Have the ISP check for Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings in the event logs if they become more prominent.
Looks good otherwise.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems event log page.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?

Using Netgear CM1200 Modem and Netgear Nighthawk AX5400 (RAX50) Router.
After reducing Downstream power down by 18 dBmV using a 10db and an 8db Attenuator and reducing upstream power by 10 dBmV using a 10db Return Amplifier I'm able to go more than 24 hours at a time without any correctable or uncorrectable error counts and no loss of connections or slow downs. However still get the line noise notifications in the logs but no internet drop outs like I was getting before. I'm also aware distance from cable junction boxes shared with multiple apartments plays a role meaning if I were to move to a different location I would have to change the amount and configuration of Attenuators used from the Return Amplifier and cable going straight to modem. In some cases a Return Amplifier may not even be necessary depending on default values which differs based on location and a few other factors.
I don't know if I can go a week or a month without loosing connection yet as I seemingly managed to get this beast of a modem stable not that long ago but at the very least I can go more than 24 hours without any issues but in the beginning I couldn't go 24 hours without various errors and internet drop outs until reboot up to 2-3 times daily no matter how many splitters I added or took away and with unused connectors on splitters properly terminated and everything it's been a challenge to get this modem stable enough and also my apartment is closer to the junction box than most other apartments so needed configuration definitely depends on location.I've screenshot current most stable results thus far.- FURRYe38May 10, 2024Guru - Experienced User
