Is there a reset button on the modem some place?
good thought; there is a small hole. I pushed a pin in - felt like a reset button. But it still didnt work; i tried the default userid and password that came witht he unit - assume as any: admin and password
How long have you had the modem?
Possible the modem is faulty and needs to be replaced.
