tamanaco Please send DarrenM a private message with your contact information. Lets see if we can get you an RMA. 
This modem is in some bad state and needs to go back to NG. Ask about a cross shipping RMA if you don't have a spare modem to use.

OK... thanks. I'm about to message him. Hopefully, I will get a positive response. A cross RMA is exactly what I need, I don't have an spare modem or router.
