If your not seeing any problems at this point in time and the modem is working for you. You could leave it as is. If you are noticing problems, I would down grade.
Please post captures of the cable connections page and event logs. These can be telling of issues seen on the Modem and ISP side of the unit.

Thanks for the responses. After the factory reset it has been working flawlessly. No more disconnects.
