I have the same issue.  When trying to authenticate to the web service (on the router), it forces a reauthentication.  Eventually, it asks for the serial number to reset the pw.  Even after doing tha...

have you made sure the password meets these requirements? 

10 characters with at least:

1 special character

1 upper case

1 lower case

1 number

    How can you backup the config if you can't log into the web interface?  (hence the issue we are having).
