Comcast tech support rejected my Netgear CM1200 cable modem.  They said to me this modem upload speed is too slow.   I do not understand that this is brand new Cable modem. They told me to look for...

    My issued turned out to be Xfinity "upgraded" me to 2GB service, and charged me double, of course.  I took it back to 1GB service and all has been fine.  Their take was since I had the fastest service when I went to 1GB, they automatically upgraded it to the fastest service when they got one, without notifying me.
