My issued turned out to be Xfinity "upgraded" me to 2GB service, and charged me double, of course. I took it back to 1GB service and all has been fine. Their take was since I had the fastest service when I went to 1GB, they automatically upgraded it to the fastest service when they got one, without notifying me.
