ReadyShare using C7000 with Mac and WD 0820 1TB Ultra Passport HD

I have an exisiting WD 0820 1TB MY Passport HD that Im using with Time Machine. I plugged the HD into the Router and its shows as an approved device under Advanced>>USB Settings. When I go to Advanced>>USB Storage it does not show there. Also when I try to log on using Go > Connect to Server >type: smb: //readyshare I get a server error.

    Nice and very typical response from the useless folks at Netgear.  Can't wait until I can cycle everything to another brand
