Readyshare: Worst Design Router

So I have an issue where I try to turn off this disgusting creation of a program(not the smartest tech invention) and it turns itself back on/doesn't actually shut off. I feel like Netgear needs to hire techs that know people don't want this pain of a program always on. Anyway, is it just me who has this issue?
