Replace Qwest Q1000 modem with NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 (24x8) DOCSIS 3.0 WiFi Cable Modem Router?
Will the Nighthawk AC1900 (24x8) DOCSIS 3.0 WIFI Cable Modem Router replace my Qwest Q1000 modem without any problems?

You need to ask your ISP to check to see if it's officially supported on there network. If it is, then you'll be fine.
Review the C7000 spec sheet for details to compare agains the Q1000:

Will _any_ cable-TV-type ("DOCSIS") modem+router replace _any_ DSL
modem+router "without any problems"?
No.
Why do you want to replace your Q1000?
Note that "Nighthawk AC1900 (24x8) DOCSIS 3.0 WIFI Cable Modem
Router" is not a model number, and your "Qwest Q1000 modem" is actually
an Actiontec Q1000 modem+router.

Yes, CenturyLink calls it a "modem", but it's a modem+router.

Not really.

Just as useful as the "ask your ISP" advice. Thanks for the clutter.
