RMA SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT DONT HAVE PACKAGE

RMA 3630713

RMA WAS APPROVED, NETGEAR SHIPPED REPLACEMENT. THE PROBLEM NOW IS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. CONTACTED NETGEAR BUT WAS TOLD TO CONTACT FEDEX. I CONTACTED FEDEX THEY TELL ME TO CONTACT NETGEAR.
