Router and Modem

My family and I have been stuck with an Xfinity modem/ router for the past couple years and we've been really fed up with it's performance. I was wondering if people could offer some suggestions on what Netgear products would work best with our daily use. We generally have about 20-30 devices connected at all times and a very busy network signal. We were looking for something that satisfies the needs of everyday use along with hard gaming sessions. We're looking for something that's fast and doesn't have any interruptions.

    I'm a fan of orbi.

    I've been on xfinity for years and have had great performance from my orbi. plus you can add satellites as needed. 

    I've used the cm1000 and cm1100 on gigiabit and always been able to hit those speeds. 

    Not sure how big your home is but mines right around 3200 sq ft and I run the orbi rbk 53 (router +2 satellites). its a trilevel.
