Router froze up. Had to factory reset. Didn't take? Green light flashing beside a small ball with a half of ring around it? Can't get in with Genie? Help Please.

Make sure you hold the factory reset button for 10 seconds if its still locked up contact Netgear support if the modem is still under warranty.
