Router C7800 is blocking access to hotmail account
I am unable to access my email account for hotmail on my android phone Samsung s8+ when my wifi is on. It is blocked. If I turn off the wifi i am able to access i don't know what caused this and have ...
My phone is connected to wifi when I get block, but I shut off wifi and use date plan, when I use my cellphone data plan it works. I don't have the same problem with gmail, only hotmail. I get this message when I try to login on website:
This site can’t be reached
login.live.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.
And with app :
Cannot connect to server at this time.
All other websites and apps do not have this problem.Anything to do with my hotmail account is blocked, access to my account, as well as email account.
I had a work email connect to my phone that was recently updated and I thought it could be this but I removed my outlook app and logged out of everything . I was told by my IT work that it's not on there end could be the router.
Update while writing this:
I have been trying to connect to hotmail Sunday morning by wifi and so far it is currently working. I don't know what was done but I am able to login to my account on website as well as my email app.
