Router R6400v2 low speed via ethernet

Hallo, I have the Netgear R6400v2 router. There is an internet speed problem via UTP (cat. 5e) cable. My configuration is a cable modem by UPC provider in bridge mode and folow Netgear in router mode for wired and wifi connection to internet together. My provider limit is 300 mbit/s, but the desktop PC connected directly by UTP cable to Netgear has about 150 mbit/s, it means one half speed of max. limit. When I connect the desktop PC directly by UTP cable to UPC cable modem, there is a full speed 300 mbit/s. In Netgear setup any restriction or special functionality is not setting. Factory reset, is no effect for speed.

Where can be a  problem?

thank you for your advice.
